Power Outage Indicator for Freezer

A test tube filled with a heterogenous mixture of frozen tap water, universal pH indicator, and white vinegar that turns from green to red color when melted. Stored in a freezer, it can warn that an extended power outage has occurred and that food should be thrown out.
